You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the CT/AMI service parts repair center, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You are responsible for Management and oversight of product backlog Team up with direct labor supervisor to ensure adequate competent staffing is in place. Management of operations cost to meet AOP goals Oversight of Philips manufacturing support personnel Monitoring and maintenance of product quality. Continuous improvement throughout the operation and outgoing product quality. Define goals for continuous improvement. Implementation and oversight of Daily Management. Fostering and implementing Kaizen improvement activities. Compliance with QMS. Support to internal and external audits. Participation in and timely closure of CAPA's. To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related field. 5
years related experience preferably in Medical Device or Aviation industry Experience operations management and engineering a must; repair a plus Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Work with senior stakeholders. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Support worker communication with the management team.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
