Hospice Director Of Clinical Services at Interim Home Healthcare Company in Lockbourne, OH
Our Hospice Director of Clinical Services have been called to care when they're needed most. As a member of our hospice team, you'll provide oversight to those that are providing a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients. What you'll do:
Ensure that established processes are in place to screen, hire, orient, educate and retain a sufficient number of hospice employees to meet the care needs of the patients and families Evaluate the provided to ensure that it is in compliance with established policies, procedures, laws and regulations Develop and motivate the clinical and paraprofessional team and provide leadership to the staff in the compassionate care of the patient/family unit Assures that appropriate action is taken to resolve identified caregiver or patient/client concerns or complaints What we're looking for:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and has a current license in good standing in the state in which he/she practices; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of five (5) years of hospice experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred Three (3) years of hospice experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years preferred What we offer:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
