Summary:
Oversees all VLT Technician activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Perform major VLT repairs, communicating information to Floor Attendants, Technicians, VLT Shift Managers, VLT Operations Managers, and other departments.
Directly responsible for the supervision of the VLT Technicians including administering performance reviews and developing performance plans for VLT Technicians.
Communicates with VLT Operations/Performance Manager or designee regarding any and all needs affecting work performance, completion of duties, attendance and guest service.
Repairs or reports any items requiring maintenance or repair.
Pays particular attention to safety related matters and reports such items immediately.
If dangerous, takes precautions to prevent injury until help arrives to respond to the situation.

An open, raised carpet seam in a busy walkway in which someone might catch his/her foot and fall) Follows proper procedures to ensure all gaming supplies and equipment are properly stocked, stored and secured.
Maintains the integrity of VLT equipment and secures all company assets, including assigned bankroll, and property at all times.
Investigates player, as well as team member, complaints and determines basis of grievance.
Circulate and observe Floor Technicians, Lead Technicians and guests in their work areas.
Observe Ohio Gaming Commission rules and regulations, and company and departmental policies and procedures that pertain to their job duties.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to physically maneuver throughout the resort and in assigned work area(s) in order to meet requirements of the job function as described.
Lift, carry, push or drag items of up to 50 lbs.
Able to read and understand all safety labeling and cautions on equipment, chemicals and supplies.
Ability to reach and use frequent and repetitive arm movements while performing assigned duties.
Able to work with cleaning chemicals (poured and sprayed).
Ability to maneuver from floor-to-floor either by stairways, escalator or elevator.
Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.
May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
Must be at least 21.
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Subject to pre-employment drug screening.
