Completes all required documentation on inbound and outbound.
2.
Understands the WMS system and has the knowledge to problem solve and troubleshoot order issues.
3.
Understand and perform order audits based on quantity and customer specific requests that vary between retailers based on existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
4.
Ability to train others and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
5.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent.
3 - 5 years of Forklift experience.
Must be able to excel in a team oriented environment and be comfortable leading teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
Must be hands on, able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office suite experience.
Warehouse Management System experience.
Minimum Physical Requirements General office working conditions.
Physical conditions:
Frequent walking:
Even/Uneven Surfaces Environment:
Extreme temperature outside (hot /cold); Internal:
temperature controlled environment Work includes using material handling equipment that must be operated according to specific operating procedures.
Workweeks in excess of 40 hours may exist periodically through the year.
Occasional weekend work.
